The Standard House is supplied with open panel walls. External walls contain factory fixed
insulation, OSB3 sheathing and breather membrane. Internal walls are open timber frame
panels supplied to the client's site with insulation and gypsumplasterboard. (Both the
insulation and gypsum plasterboard are included in the price).

The table above outlines material factory fixed and supplied by Kenmare Timber
Frame Homes Ltd, for the house. It also highlights the materials to be site fixed by the
client's builder. Please note all roof, wall and floor joists are at 400mm centres.
